📞 A Quick Note About Calls & Messages

We do our very best to answer all phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries as quickly as possible. However, we are a hands-on business, which means that during the day our team is often actively working on vehicles, assisting customers, or out on service calls.

If we don’t answer your call or respond to your message immediately, please allow us up to 24 hours to get back to you. In most cases, you’ll hear from us much sooner!

We promise we aren’t ignoring you — sometimes our hands are quite literally full. 🔧

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of our business. We value every customer and will get back to you as soon as we’re able.

Important Update Regarding Payment Plans

We want to make our customers aware of an important change to our payment policy.

When possible, we have always tried to work with our customers and give people the benefit of the doubt, including allowing payment arrangements when someone needed a little extra flexibility. We genuinely wanted to be able to offer that option to those who needed it.

Unfortunately, we currently have a significant amount of outstanding balances that remain unpaid. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision that we can no longer offer payment plans or carry outstanding balances. Payment will now be required in full at the time services are rendered effective 8/7/2026.

This decision is not directed toward any one person, nor is it meant to place blame on anyone. At the end of the day, we have a responsibility to make decisions that protect the financial stability and future of our business, our employees, and our ability to continue serving our community.

We truly appreciate everyone who has supported our business, paid their accounts as agreed, and trusted us with their vehicles over the years. We hope our customers understand that while we would love to continue offering this flexibility, it is simply no longer sustainable for us to do so.

We had planned to open back up tomorrow, Monday the 22nd; however, we will be closed tomorrow and will return to normal business hours on Tuesday, June 23rd. We WILL still be taking tows.

Also, just a reminder, our hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We do towing 24 hours, but after 5 PM on weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday, we are closed for shop business unless otherwise discussed in advance.

The shop will be closed Thursday June 18th and Friday June 19th. We WILL still be available for towing both days.

We will reopen Monday the 22nd with our normal 8 AM to 5 PM hours.
