Job Responsibilities:
Qualify vehicle for repair plan process
Dismantle and repair plan each vehicle in accordance with our standard operating procedural method.
Separate reusable and non-reusable components on the organized platform
Review the final and 100% completely disassembled vehicle with the parts person and estimator live at the vehicle for accuracy and maximization of profit.
Review parts blow-ups and vehicle specific repair guidelines and procedures
Pre-measure the upper body
Discuss any pertinent sublet repairs (IE. painted stripes, alignments)
Participate in the “mirror match” parts check-in process for accuracy.
Stage the vehicle and the correlating parts cart in their respective stalls
Repair vehicle back to pre-loss condition or better utilizing state of the art technology and factory repair standards.
Replicate factory seams sealer, refinish, and final fit.

Job Requirements:
-At least one year of experience as a collision-related shop experience is required
-Looking for a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills
-Must have necessary tools to dismantle the vehicles.
-Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
-Valid driver's license.
-Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred)
