I've been a little behind on posting content on the work I've been doing but It's never too late to start being consistent.
Today's job was a 2019 Chevy Traverse.
Starter was replaced and she's starting now. 100k plus miles, so this was expected. Very well maintained vehicle with a typical high mileage hiccup. Labor $50 + $16 mobile fee = $66 service + the price of the customers part, which I will not disclose because I felt it's was extremely too high(😭) but that was to my customers own discretion. If you can spare a couple of days, get with me on finding parts, because I have wholesale connections. Needless to say, job complete.

Starting August 1st Foyeh Automotive mobile fees will be increasing from $1 to $2 per mile for customers outside of the 10 mile range. Take advantage while you can. Gas prices are rising so please understand and be aware of these adjustments being made.

Todays fiasco. 2016 BMW X3
Rear brakes and rotors. Customer states that the dealership was going to charge him $1500 for this job. I just shook my head in disbelief. Some of you will go for this highway robbery. Guess how much I did the job for him??? His parts cost $145.75. I charged him $60 on the labor. Even the worst person at math would know that this guy saved close to $1300.
Customer will be back for the front brakes and rotors when the parts come in next week. I'm going to start DYI tutorials in the next coming weeks. Everyone should now the basics of maintenance on their vehicle. Im here to make you more self reliant.

Wish I had a couple of these the last time I went to Hilton Head because parking was hell. This is great for a beach trip. I wouldn't recommend for kids because they seem a little too dangerous unless supervised, but seems like a decent product for the price.

For those of you that know me, my 2013 Dodge Challenger RT has been garaged for the past month because of foreign matter that blew out of the bottom of the oil pan. Well this matter isn't so foreign after all and is confirmed to be 2 of my rods that spun and ultimately destroyed my engine block. This was determined by the coolant that I drained (with) my oil out of the oil pan drain. Too much internal damage to repair so that's RIP for this engine. I'm doing a survey on what type of engine build people would like to see. My options are depending on resources, the V6 AWD(which will be twin turboed), the Hellcat, or Demon engine. At this point it's either go all in or go home with this build.

One thing that customers of dealerships and independent repair shops fail to realize is that generally 50% of their bill goes to non service related expenses such as paying the employees in the facility (managers, secretaries, shop maintenance, etc.)
The other 50% goes to covering parts and labor for the service you brought the vehicle in for.

With Foyeh Automotive you skip all the middlemen and your bill goes towards just parts and labor. This is how I am able to provide my customers with such low prices. Depending on the job at hand, parts are sourced from the best reliable sources, starting with online, local parts stores, and ending with direct from dealership parts. Even though I go above and beyond to find you the cheapest parts, I also make sure the parts are reliable and meet quality standards to last as long as or longer than OEM parts.

My mission:

To prove that honest mechanics still exists.(many mechanics lie to you about what services your car needs to make an extra buck)

To provide customers with the lowest rates possible for parts and labor of their vehicle.(My goal is to save you as much money possible on your car repair, because don't we all need money for other things in life.)

To combat the corruption currently infesting the automotive industry. (I am here for the love and hobby of this industry, I'm not here to gouge your pockets.)

To keep your vehicle on the road and running in reliable fashion. (No one wants to be stranded somewhere because they can not trust the car they drive to get them front point A to point B and back.)

To leave my customers educated on the work being done to their vehicle rather than just telling them what their vehicle needs and the repair cost. (Customers like to know why their car is going through the trails and tribulations. Providing an understanding of what's going on with their vehicle and preventive measures that can be taken to avoid seeing performance issues, is key.)

I appreciate my customers that understand, sentimental value of their vehicle and others. A customer this week just gifted me new eyes for my 1999 Mercedes E320 after I had replaced his entire exhaust system on his 2005 Honda Odyssey. I will be forever grateful for this because I have been on a mission to restore this car before it reaches classic status next year. In sharing this information with my customer on a brief conversation we had about plans we had with our vehicles, he went out of his way to surprise me with this much needed mod. The old eyes were looking a little pasty. Thanks for the gift🙌.
I love the relationships I have with my customers because it's more of a friendship than business proposition, and that's what creates life long customers.
