🚨 THIS ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A REPLACEMENT… NOT TODAY 😤🔥

Customer called saying his water heater was busted 💧
Most people would’ve just slapped a new one in it and ran the bill up…

❌ Not how we do business.

I showed up, tore into it, and gave him 3 options:

🔥 Braze the crack
💰 Replace the heat exchanger
💸 Replace the whole unit

Then I broke it down REAL simple —
👉 Brazing it would be just as strong as new

He trusted me… and I made it happen 💪

💥 Saved him a TON of money
💥 Got him back up and running SAME DAY

👀 Found a hidden outlet behind the couch
⚠️ Loose daisy-chained wiring inside the plug

👉 BAD CONNECTION = LOST POWER

🚐 Road Trip to Elkhart, Indiana – RV Country! 🇺🇸

Today we hit the road to Elkhart to pick up parts from Grand Design — and we’re excited to announce we’re working on a deal that will soon allow us to purchase parts directly from them! 🙌 That’s a huge win for our customers and means faster service and better access to OEM parts.

We also made a second stop at Gen-Y Hitches. We’ve been working with them for about 6 months now, and today we were able to score a hitch for our shop display 🛠️ along with picking up a Gen-Y hitch for one of our customers. 💪

While in RV country, we couldn’t resist taking a tour around the city and checking out all the manufacturers. So much innovation happening right there in Elkhart! If only there were more hours in the day — we would’ve loved to stop in and meet everyone.
