This car is a rotisserie restored 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am with a factory 4-speed manual transmission and all original options and features, with exception of the Butler performance-built engine. This is American muscle and pure horsepower, filmed at Street Machines Texas.

Richard Guido’s street driven 1965 GTO! 8.28 @ 173 MPH in the ¼ mile!!

“Just wanted to thank Butler Performance for always having parts available!
And share I am running a 521 Pontiac , 4.375 stroke and 4.35 bore. Wide port Edelbrocks. 94 mm turbo
figure 8 oring block .041 stainless with .015 protruding with a .060 mls gasket (bought from Butler)
T56 magnum with a slipper clutch.
3.25 rear gear….. 4050lbs race weight!
Oh and I am dry decked and running a mechanical water pump! 
Just sharing and thanks again!”
