We recently completed our first Garage Gurus Advanced Diagnostic Training session of the season!

Over two days, Team VIP spent time diving into electrical diagnostics and lab scopes through a mix of classroom learning, and hands-on training. Working together, the group put their skills to the test diagnosing real-world issues.

Automotive technology is always evolving, which means there's always something new to learn. Staying up to date with training helps ensure our technicians have the knowledge and skills to provide every customer with expert service.

Thank you Garage Gurus, and thank you to Team VIP for taking the time to learn and grow!

We love to hear from our customers because it helps us provide even better service, but there are times we just couldn't be more proud of our teams. If you've had service recently and want to share it -- you can do it on Facebook, Google, and Yelp!

"Joe went above and beyond for us! We were traveling for Georgia and encountered problems with our van. He squeezed us in and took care of our problem and then some. It’s wonderful to find a business that actually cares for the customer and works with them to make life run smoothly! Thanks, Joe for your help and the person you are!" - Denise, D. We love to hear from our customers on both Google AND Facebook! If you have had amazing service from your local VIP teams, give them some love on their local FB pages!

Thanks Margaret H. in Brewer, ME for this wonderful review: "Awesome service! We are from Michigan and were vacationing in Maine when our van brakes began acting up. Jordon took us right in and Wes did an incredible job fixing our brakes RIGHT NOW! These folks DELIVER on customer care, knowledge, skill, friendliness, and classy service. They also brought us something you can’t put a price on – the peace of mind that comes with knowing our vehicle was safe to drive, especially so far from home in unfamiliar territory. We were able to enjoy the rest of our time in Maine, thanks to their hard work and solid customer service. You guys ROCK!"
