If you are looking to get the gauges repaired in your GM truck, you are probably already aware that this is a common defect. I repair these defects and get your cluster to better than new condition. HERE'S WHAT WE DO:

Replace all Stepper Motors in the gauge cluster no matter the condition. The original XC5.168 and X15.168 Stepper Motors are prone to failure and must ALL be replaced. Replace all backlighting with regular stock bulbs or LED colored lighting (Blue, Red, Green, or White if you prefer). (please note: White LED's look blue due to the blue filter built into the overlay and Red comes out a little dark). Repair of dead or intermittent power to cluster, occasionally this condition requires replacement of the cluster but in most cases it can be repaired. Of the 400+ clusters I have repaired I have only had 2 that were not repairable. If you have a broken Lens on you cluster I can replace it with a brand new Lens from the dealer for $40 (Silverado only) or you can buy your own and I will install it for free. Mileage is not affected! I have 28+ years experience in electronics and automotive repair and have rebuilt over 700 of these clusters mostly for a few GM Dealers so rest assured that you are getting quality repair work done on your sensitive electronics. Please note: If you have a oil pressure gauge that goes to full right when the key is turned on (engine NOT running) and goes back to full left when the key is turned off your problem is NOT with your cluster but with the oil pressure sending unit at the back of the engine. This is also a common problem with these GM trucks. This repair covers these vehicles:
2003-2006
Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Avalanche, Tahoe, Yukon, Denali, Escalade, H2 Hummer, Kodiak

2002-2006
Trailblazer, Envoy, Rainier, Ascender, Bravada

2000-2005
Cavalier, Sunfire, Monte Carlo, Impala, Aztek, Montana, Bonneville, Silhouette, Venture, LeSabre, Grand Am

Repairs take about an hour and I can repair your cluster while you wait. Hours of operation:
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm I can repair you cluster at Total Car Care, the address is 5947 Rufe Snow Dr.
This is also a home based business so for after hours and weekends please call or text for an appointment. To have your cluster repaired at Total Car Care for my price of $110 you must print out and show the coupon pictured to bypass the middleman and come directly to me. Customer feedback:
