Photo dump of another major upgrade we did through the off-season on the shop car 👀. No more buggy springs… With the level we were getting at, it was time to have some adjustment in the rear suspension department.

Big shout out and thanks to Funkhouser Racecars and Quick Performance for coming on board with us for the 2026 season.

Matt at Funkhouser Racecars hooked us up with one of his 9” floater housings, chassis side brackets, ARB and wishbone. He was great to work with and a lot of help through out the process. He makes some killer parts for 4-link or leaf spring rear suspension setups.

Quick Performance helped us out with a new strange ultra center, 10” gear and 300m strange floater axles. They are another great company to work with and we have been running their stuff for years. Great customer service with quick turnaround times.

New set of zoomies all finished up to outfit the Noonan X2 top end package on the shop car. 2 5/8s 304 to 321 stainless primaries, Fully back purged and TIG welded.

1990 Chevy 454 SS that got some major upgrades in the engine and suspension department. Here’s a list of some of some of the upgrades.

* 540 BBC built by Demers Performance.

* Supercharger Store F1-R cog Procharger kit with air to air intercooler.

* IRD 4150 blow through carb.

* Aeromotive in tank pump and regulator.

* QA1 tubular front suspension with coil over conversion.

* Quick Performance Fab 9” and third member.

* Funkhouser Race Cars shock mount kit on rear housing.

* Calvert mono leafs and caltracs.

* Afco double adjustable rear shocks

* Dynamic Drivlines moly driveshaft.

* MSD power grid ignition.

* Holley stand-alone digital dash.

* Custom built 304 stainless shorty headers.

* Custom built 3” 304 stainless exhaust with cutouts.

* Plumbed and misc wiring re-done.

* Weld racing wheels.

* Wilwood disc brakes front and rear.

* Smoothed up and re-painted engine bay.

* Cleaned up frame/underside of body, painted and under coated .

* Chassis dyno tuned.

1968 Dodge Charger that we finished up a few weeks back and delivered to the customer.

This one came in as a complete re spray to fix some problem areas coming through the old finish. It will be back sometime next year for some final touches once the customer gets it re-assembled. Can’t wait to see this one together and get some fully assembled pictures!
