When you are in a relationship with someone and your gut starts to scream at you that something is off, LISTEN! 👂❌

When narcissistic abuse is involved, we shut off listening to our gut because of the gaslighting, manipulation and control. We start to wonder if we are the crazy one or are just too sensitive but there is still something inside of us saying something isn’t right.💔

But our energy has been depleted and drained and we feel exhausted. We start to google “Am I too sensitive” or “Is it normal when my partner does....” I did all of these and yet I still stayed because I was scared, lonely and had completely lost who I was. It was only when I was out of my marriage and my therapist at the time told me to google narcissist that I suddenly realised who I had been dealing with. 🗣

12 years later, deep inner work and training in modalities to help my clients self-heal from narcissistic abuse and co-dependency, I realise now that when your gut talks......LISTEN because it is never wrong!!! ❌❌❌
