STOLEN TRAILER — $500 REWARD

On the evening of June 16th around 7:30 PM, our red utility trailer was stolen from the East Coast Housing office.

The suspect appears to be a white male driving a 2nd-generation white Chevy Avalanche heading towards Dillon, as shown in the attached photos.

We are offering a $500 reward to anyone who can identify this individual and/or help us locate the trailer.

All information will be kept strictly confidential, shared only with law enforcement as needed.

East Coast Housing is looking for an experienced Property Manager to help lead daily operations at Blue Granite Estates, our manufactured housing community in Florence, SC.
We're a family-run team of mobile home park operators investing in this community to make it a great place to live — and we need a dependable, community-minded manager to help us get there.

What you'll do:
Oversee day-to-day park operations
Manage rent collection, leases, and tenant communication
Coordinate maintenance and vendors
Handle move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
Maintain records in property management software

What we're looking for:
Property management experience (mobile home park a plus)
RentManager software proficiency preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and independent
Valid driver's license

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Help us build a community people are proud to call home.
