A few of us got our "wind therapy" this past Saturday with a ride down to Ohiopyle & Coopers Rock.

The weather's not looking promising at all for a good ride tomorrow, so we might try to do this one next weekend. That won't be one of our third Saturday's, but who cares? So, if you're interested and the weather cooperates, let me know by the end of next week. Here's to better luck then!

We're still tentatively planning a ride this Saturday to Cooper's Rock State Forest in WV, but so far only one person has expressed interest. That's not much of a group! If you're interested in going, please reply here or to the group email that the LIMRG members received.

We're planning our next group ride for Saturday, July 17th to Cooper's Rock State Forest just inside West Virginia! Save the date. Details to follow.

Coopers Rock State Forest is famous for a lofty overlook with sweeping views of the Cheat River canyon and many miles of hiking trails.
