🏆 Welcome to the Empire State Warranty Hall of Fame, Jesse Licari, of Licari Motor Car Inc.
We are incredibly proud to recognize Jesse Licari as only the second-ever inductee into the Empire State Warranty Hall of Fame.
A trusted partner since the early days of ESW, Jesse has consistently demonstrated loyalty, trust, and a commitment to growing alongside our organization. He embodies the relationship-first culture of the Licari family—always prioritizing long-term partnerships and mutual success.
From collaborating on new programs and helping work through difficult situations to opening his service department to help educate our team, Jesse's impact on Empire State Warranty extends far beyond his own dealership.
His ideas and feedback have also helped drive innovation within ESW, including playing a key role in planting the seed for what would eventually become our Car Care Advantage Unlimited program.
Perhaps most importantly, Jesse has always been willing to invest in the success of others, advocate for Empire State Warranty, and help open doors that have strengthened our dealer network.
As our President Steve Blanchard put it:
