Hey HBR family!

We have been having some technical difficulties with our domain, which affects our website and our e-mail addresses. If you have tried to reach us through either of these platforms over the last week or so, please try us again after this coming Friday. Cylinder head machinest

HBR Competition Engines is a complete machine shop located in Las Vegas, NV. We have a diverse client base, machining engines for: drag racing, stock car racing, imports, boats, high performance streetcars, restorations, etc. We are currently seeking a mechanically inclined, machinist to join our team.

Skill Requirements
- Disassemble clean & reassemble heads
- Run seat guide and machine , head milling machine
- Able to read mics, dial bore gauge, calipers
- Can teach to run the equipment

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift heavy items
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

Pay
- Pay is based on experience in the field and will be negotiated upon a skills evaluation.

The reason to deck, this was a brand new block that took .005 to clean up. When we check it with a straight edge it only showed .002 out. Each cut was .001 at a time to show that sometimes it can be very miss leading.
