Loyal Express L**e Clients,

As many of you know, our beloved “Magic Mechanic”, Jeffrey Lockett, has made the decision to retire. After 20 years in this building, his Veteran’s Administration disability has finally allowed him to move on and spend more time with his family and friends.

On a side note, when I bought this business and became Jeff’s business partner, almost 9 years ago, he and I shared one simple value: never take advantage of our clients. It is far too common in our industry for people to be taken advantage of and we made it a point to never do that to anyone. I promise you, Jeff’s departure will not change that philosophy at all.

Jeff is my best friend and has been for nearly 20 years. His honesty is what made us best friends. His honesty is also what made me decide to be his business partner. Although I am going to miss seeing him here all the time, I know that he earned every second of time that he is going to enjoy moving forward.

In great news, Jeff’s son Joshua is still going to be at the front desk answering all of your questions and will gladly update you on how his dad is doing.

We are still the same business and we still have the same business values. The same technicians that were working on your vehicles are still with us. The only thing missing will be the magic tricks.
