Sleeper Designs specializes in custom fabrication and CNC products for the car world!

Sleeper Designs was created by Seth Ingham as a way for him to create performance parts for his personal Toyota Supra and has now grown into a reputable supplier for intake and exhaust manifolds for the world of Supras. Seth continues to grow the business and hopes to take it from a part time side business to a full time venture in the near future. With the recent purchase of a HAAS VF-3 4-Axis CNC Machine SD's product line continues to grow at a rapid rate extending its reach much further then the Toyota Supra world.

At the same time, I’m taking the design, manufacturing, and problem-solving experience behind Sleeper Designs into consulting and practical business improvement.

That could mean sorting out quoting and follow-ups, reducing repetitive administrative work, or building useful software and AI tools around a process that’s costing you time.

Some exciting things going on over here. Haven’t had time to post much but we got a new machine! It paired with our custom tombstones and (24) delta vises means it is ready to rock production. The machine is a NHP5000. Videos to come!

Knocks out a few of these 500mm tombstone bases. These end up being 8”x8”x32” tombstones when complete. We designed them with fixturing/vise plates to meet our needs.

HELP!!

Alright instamachinists, we are looking for some guidance on what everyone is running for coolant these days! We are currently using 929 by ChemArrow but at $1300 a barrel and a 1.85 refractometer multiplier, we are just flat blowing through it! We previously used Monroe Primecut but always had bacterial and smell problems. It was about $1000 a barrel plus lasted way longer and was a 1.2 refractometer multiplier.
We generate our own RO water as the water in Vegas is extremely hard(400ppm) so we have good water for the coolants.

What we are looking for and what our main use is:
-Soluble Coolant
-Low Maintenance(long sump and bacteria resistant)
-Primarily cut aluminum, but do cut steel, stainless, and titanium as well.
-High finishes in aluminum and taping friendly is an absolute.

Please let us know what you guys are using, cost per barrel and source if you are in the US. We would be swapping (6) machines when we commit so the quantity is of decent size.
