Well… that was a night. 😅
I was a little nervous in hot laps so I took it easy.
Then somehow… I started P1 in my heat… and stayed there! 🏁 My FIRST EVER MICRO HEAT RACE WIN!! I was so excited!
Then I made what might have been a tiny mistake…I told Dad, “I think we should loosen the car up a little.”
Dad listened.
Started the A Main P6, made friends with an infield tire 🫣, got sent to the tail, and fought my way back to P15.
But you know what?
I learned a lot, got more laps, and after FIVE straight DNFs… I FINALLY FINISHED A RACE!! 🎉🏁
