Update on Curbside Pick up!! Please read our updated policy:


• Order pick up will be appointment only.
• If a customer places an order through the Support Center, the agent will transfer the call to the branch to arrange an appointment time.
• Order pick up will be drive up only. Customer will call or text the branch upon arrival and the order will be delivered to them by branch personnel. Customers will not be allowed to enter the FM facility.
• Walk up customers will be required to call the order in to the branch. Branches will post the necessary signage on exterior doors. Branch managers should contact normal walk-in customers to inform them of this change.
• During the pick-up transaction, branch personnel should exercise caution and minimize personal contact. The employee should wear gloves at all times and change them after each transaction.
• The customer will be provided with a pen to keep when signing the invoice as POD. If the customer is uncomfortable signing at our location, we will ask them to sign and scan back to the branch upon return to their location.
• If the customer pays with a credit card or cash they will remain outside the building as the employee conducts the card transaction. Normal credit card policy will not be altered. Product is not to be placed with customer until transaction approved/completed.
• No return policy for 30 days.

COVID-19 Update!!!!!!

Hope you are all well.

Due to the recent health crisis, we are closing the store to the Public later today (3-18-20). Starting the week of March 30th, the store will be closed on Friday and we no longer will be open on Saturday. Any changes will be updated on this page.

Store will be able to provide service as curbside pickup only after closing to the public. Service will be Monday thru Thursday 8-5 pm. The public will not be allowed in the store for any reason.

Transactions must be paid by credit card only (NO CASH/DEBIT).

You may call your order in, and then call again when you arrive and an employee with bring your order to your car. Please be patient while we try to implement this new process.

This is an ongoing situation and we will provide more details as soon as they are available. We are committed to the health and well being of the community and we are not willing to risk possible exposure to our customers and employees as our retail area may pose a risk.
