This 2012 Charger, ran fine but had a valve train tapping noise. Under investigation found it had a failed bearing on the rocker arm unfortunately damaging the cam.

Another great example as to why paying for professional diagnostics can save you 💰💰

This Buick went to a shop and spent $1500 on a belt repair that was not the issue. As the noise came back was quoted another $3000 by the shop for an internal engine issue and would be at the shop for a week. Luckily before initiating that repair, he reached out for another opinion. With a $100 correct diagnosis preformed and a follow up $900 repair preformed in his driveway. The vehicle is now back to optimal operation, the owner got to play in the pool with his daughter during the repair, and saved a ton of 💰💰💰💰💰💰

This “Bird” has been grounded for a few years 😢
Passed around to different shops and eventually returned to the owner unfinished.
Stage 1 ✅ assessed and ordered all the missing/needed parts and bolts.
Can’t wait to get the new parts in and get this Bird Fired up and back on the road for the owner to enjoy 🔥

Please get your vehicles serviced by professionals.
This poor car had the neighbor “mechanic” replace the timing belt unfortunately leaving vehicle in a very vulnerable state.
Service requested do to coolant pouring out customer thinking it was the radiator.
Upon inspection found the alternator bolt was broke causing the belt to be loose on the water pump creating the car to overheat and spew coolant.
More concerning though found the timing cover was not reinstalled, leaving the timing belt exposed.
One piece of small debris could cause this belt to jump time or break causing internal engine damage.
Luckily we caught this in time and got the vehicle back into a safe state to operate.
