We are looking for a competent Trailer/RV Technician at T & T Trailers. We are not only a trailer dealership, carrying a wide variety of trailers, but also a full service shop and parts source. We install truck beds, trailer hitches and perform all services and repairs to all types of trailers and RV's. We are seeking to add a team member with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to our quick-paced and goal oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

Inspect, trouble shoot and perform services and repairs to all parts of trailer equipment

Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems

Inspect, troubleshoot and repair RV components(plumbing, electrical, interior finishes, etc.)

Install hitches, truck beds and other truck accessories

Requirements

Prior experience with components such as springs, hangers, equalizers, axles, hubs, brake drums, bearing, races and parts is preferred

Capable of using all basic and specialized tools

Prior welding experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities
•Organize office and optimize procedures
•Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
•Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
•Schedule appointments
•Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
•Coordination with the service, parts and sales departments to ensure high quality customer service
•Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
•Perform receptionist duties

Skills
•Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role is preferred
•Working knowledge of office equipment
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel)
•Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not required
•Must be willing to learn about trailers, parts, truck beds, accessories and related services
