Piling wrap installed at varying heights?
This is a result of pilings being wrapped on the barge, before they’re set.

Setting the pilings prioritizes alignment and depth into the seafloor for code.
When barges set pre-wrapped pilings; they settle at varying heights, wrap is torn by heavy equipment, and there’s no guarantee the wrap is sunken below the seafloor.
Vulnerabilities compromise your investment, allowing an access point for wood boring species which act as the earliest threat to piling aging.
We often correct installs that negligently omit the base layer of cellophane, the secondary line of defense.

Wrap that lands too high gets bolted beneath crossbeams. Causing an aesthetic decline, and issues with future maintenance. A diver install guarantees aesthetic, performance, and a maintainable product.

We go above industry standards with top quality materials, namely 316 nails that won’t leave rusted streaks on your product. Thorough safety protocols and insurance protects our divers and our clients from risk/injury.

We’re often asked why one of our divers remains topside?

They’re responsible for safety, observation, and rescue efforts. Our dive-grade compressor is surface-supplied, and equipped with a pollutant filter and water separator that can mitigate most solid and liquid contaminants. But remains ineffective against gaseous pollutants found in exhaust, algal blooms, etc. Removing our divers for environmental air contamination is a regular occurrence, and should be. Exposure to odorless CO could render a diver unconscious, and result in an emergency recovery. Recovery gear is readily available on every dive site, and divers are donned in a recovery harness. A full face mask greatly reduces the risk of an unconscious diver losing their regulator and drowning, allowing critical time to recover a distressed diver.

This protects our divers, facilities, property owners, and complies with our WC insurance requirements. Protecting our divers is our #1 priority.

80% of the wrap I’ve observed is INEFFECTIVE, because of poor and rushed installs.

I’m often called in for service corrections. I end up educating the client on the status of their product, resulting in a need for a full re-wrap.

Often wrap that doesn’t reach the seafloor, loose or thin vinyl, missing the critical cellophane base layer, and uses 304 nails that rust/streak instantly and not flush to the surface.

An older piling after the original wrap had been removed. The condition of the piling beneath the wrap was preserved. If the original install had included the base layer of wrap, the piling would’ve looked nearly new.

Rewrap service in crystal clear seas💎🛠️

Targeting improvements in higher quality materials, corrected the missing base layer of wrap, 316 SS nails to avoid rusting, and leveled install that sits flush with the beams👌🏼
