Some builds just can’t be ordered from a catalog.

This custom roll cage was a joint effort between Beast Offroad and Rock Ready Offroad built from the ground up for a JKU. We couldn’t find a cage that had everything we wanted, so we did what we do best, we designed and built one ourselves.

Built with purpose:
🔧 2” DOM tubing
🔧 Frame-mounted for maximum strength
🔧 Multiple mounting points throughout
🔧 Custom grab handles
🔧 V-brace tied into the windshield
🔧 Designed to retain the factory soft top
🔧 Finished in a satin black powder coat

Every bend, notch, and weld was done by hand right here in our shop. That’s the difference between making something fit and building it exactly the way it should be.

Sometimes work mornings turn into play real quick around here. 😏

Some builds just need to be done right the first time. 💪

When you start adding bigger tires, more power, and harder trails, eventually you find the limits of factory parts.

This JK was ready for the next level.

Instead of putting money into upgrading the factory axles with gears, shafts, and everything else needed to make them survive — the owner decided to go all in with a set of 1-ton Super Duty axles.

They showed up geared and ready, but we didn’t stop there. We went through everything from top to bottom:
✔ Rebuilt the outers
✔ New brakes & rotors
✔ Fresh hubs
✔ Lockers
✔ Full inspection and setup

Now this JK has the strength to match the way it’s actually going to be used.

Not every Jeep needs 1-tons… but when your build gets to that level, doing it right makes all the difference.

The weekend has arrived. And if you’re getting crazy on the trails this weekend, then you at one point might think to yourself “I need a roll cage”… as you squeeze the seat so hard with your butt cheeks that it leaves a crease down the middle.

Did you know we do roll cages? This one’s a GenRight cage — engineered from the ground up, .120” wall, 2” diameter DOM tubing, laser cut and CNC bent so it puzzles together for one of the cleanest installs in the industry. Raw here, before powder coat.
