I warranted a tool but they wouldn't let me take it apart to keep the old handle.
I prefer the old one better than the new one... 😭😭😢

2021 Toyota Rav4 2.5L
Alternator Installation.
This is a follow-up to the video before, the alternator has been installed and verified working well. Charging at 13.8 volts with everything on, always check the alternator output after replacing an alternator to make sure its getting sufficient voltage and not over charging.

Here we have an alternator that had failed due to a drive pulley stripping the rotor shaft. The shaft and pulley should be spinning together by press fit, usually its a splined piece or it has a key to hold them together. In this case the pulley had sheared off the splines/keyway causing the drive pulley to freespin on the rotor shaft causing it not to charge and disperse metal shavings.

2021 Toyota Rav4 2.5L
Client mentioned issues with starting and charging. Upon inspection we did notice metal shavings in the engine bay that were left by the alternator pulley to rotor shaft on alternator.
The rotor shaft on the alternator should be attached to the pulley usually its a spliced connection or it has a key to hold the pulley. In this case, not sure how, but the rotor shaft that the drive pulley attaches to got stripped due to force or friction, either way it was eating away at the shaft causing the metal shavings.

Heater hose connector upgrade for Chevy, GMC, Cadillac with 4.3l, 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L. Dorman part # 800-917HP & #800-409HP

2011 Chevy Silverado 4.3L
Coolant leak diagnosed at the heater hose connector, we did mention the upgraded heater hose connector which are metal.
The client ended up going with those to reduce any chance of leaking due to plastic connectors.
Dorman part # 800-917HP is for the one on the left, black connector, Dorman part # 800-409HP for the one on the right yellowish connector. This is for most vehicles Chevy, GMC, Cadillac with the 4.3L, 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L.

2000 GMC Sierra 5.3L
Tentioner pulley replacement and Serpentine Belt installation.
On this one it is straight forward, nothing complicated, Serpentine belt was already off and theirs 3 bolts holding the tentioner pulley assembly. After replacement of the part Serpentine belt installing is cake, just make sure you have the correct routing.

Aftermarket Radio Installation
For our work truck we installed a double din touchscreen radio.
We do offer services for radio installation, stock replacement, aftermarket upgrades, double din or even the newer car play which looks like a tablet.
Depending on the accessories and functions we can also install backup cameras, DVD players or even amps.

Installation of doubledin (aftermarket) radio
This one was for our own work truck but we can install radios for practically any vehicle, this was a simple upgrade, radio only but we can wire in back up cameras or amps if applicable.
It is suggested to use a harness as to not splice into the original harness but we can do it that way as well.

2021 Toyota Rav4 2.5L
Alternator replacement, on this vehicle the pulley on the alternator is not connected to the shaft on the alternator causing a no charge condition. The metal shavings in the bay are because the part has failed along with continuous rotation through the serpentine belt caused it to start shaving off what was holding it in place.
