2007 Chevy Outlander
Shifter Cable Bushing Failure, this one happened to fail by the transmission shifter link. You can see the remnants of the old bushing on the end of the cable.
Recently we've replaced a bunch of bushings caused by the same condition, brittle and broken.

2013 Toyota Tundra
Front Brake Service, on this one we are just going to replace Brake Pads. The rotors are in good condition and the client just wanted new pads. Its always recommended to cut the rotors if they are within specs, in this case since it didn't hit metal to metal and there was no grooves or heat spots we went ahead and just did pads.

2003 Toyota Sequoia
Rear hatch handle not opening, this we traced to the handle itself, it was already worn and the cabe kept slipping out after reinstallation. Also brake noise, sounding like metal to metal grinding somewhere on brakes.

Water Pump replacement, we had replaced the thermostat housing several days ago and found that the water pump was leaking as well. We just got the call back to replace the water pump.

2014 Chevy Cruze 1.4L
Doing some work on this chevy cruze, we ended up ordering some parts. It doesn't usually happen but one of the parts we ordered looked used. I had opened the box and set the part down to make the video. It turns out the part is used, it has oil and rubber shavings on it, apart from that the physical pulley has had wear on it. Gratefully we did a claim to have a new part sent at no cost to us or the client.

Properly diagnosing a no shift issue, client mentioned another mechanic told them it was an "electrical issue and would be expensive". Upon diagnosing we found the shift link bushing had failed, its a 15 dollar part that needed replacement.
Don't waste your time and money on a guess, we properly diagnose issues and fix the problem the first time.

Shifter link Bushing replacement on shift motor for transmission cable.
The client mentioned other mechanics could not properly diagnose the issue because it was "electrical", upon inspection we were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Nothing wrong electrically, it was just a 15$ part easily replaceable.

2013 Lincoln MKZ
Client mentioned vehicle was stuck in reverse, they ended up shifting it into park manually under the hood but afterwards the vehicle would not shift gears. Upon inspection we noticed a physical cable style linkage to the transmission, we followed it back to the motor which physically shifts the vehicle via the buttons and found out that it was not connected.
We work hard to accurately and diligently diagnose the issue so there is no time or money wasted on "guessing" or swapping out parts which are not needed.
