Are EV tires actually more expensive? Short answer: not necessarily.​

The tech inside EV tires isn't what drives up the price. The real culprit? Size and
performance. Many EVs come standard with larger 19-, 20-, or 21-inch wheels
fitted with high-performance tires. Performance tires of that size naturally cost
more, regardless of whether your vehicle is gas, hybrid, or electric.

Mazama the tire bull has made it to Redmond 🐂 We're at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center through Sunday, August 2 — come ride Mazama, learn to throw a lasso, grab some free popcorn, and enter for your chance to win a set of four tires.​

Les Schwab opened its first store in Prineville in 1952, about 20 miles from these fairgrounds. Central Oregon has been home ever since, so this one means a little more to us. We'll see you at the fair!

We had another incredible year at the Bend Polar Plunge in support of Special Olympics Oregon! Our team, the 'Shivering Schwabsicles', raised over $5,500, laced up for the 5K, and then took the icy plunge into the Deschutes River - all for a great cause.
