**DAVINCI MOTOR GROUP IS HIRING 2 SALES PROFESSIONALS**
DaVinci Motor Group is growing significantly, and we are looking for two motivated, dependable sales professionals who are ready to grow with us.
We are not looking for someone who wants to stand around and wait for customers to walk through the door. We need people who are hungry, competitive, willing to follow up, and motivated to create their own opportunities.
The right candidates should:
• Have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Be motivated by goals, results, and earning potential
• Have a basic understanding of vehicles, boats, and mechanical terminology
• Be willing to continuously learn the products they are selling
• Be comfortable discussing pricing, payments, financing, trade values, and basic numbers
• Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, text, email, and social media
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate customer notes
• Be organized and able to manage multiple customers and deals at once
• Work well with management, the sales team, and office staff
• Have a positive attitude and remain professional under pressure
• Be dependable, coachable, and willing to accept accountability
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Be comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online sales platforms
• Be willing to help with daily dealership responsibilities when needed
Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has the personality, attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
This is a fast-paced dealership environment. Our inventory includes boats, vehicles, RVs, and other recreational products, so every salesperson must make the effort to understand what they are selling. Customers expect knowledgeable answers, and we expect our team to take pride in improving every day.
