Safe House will donate 10% of all sales and all tips to The Learning Tree Childcare Center’s Capital Campaign — supporting our efforts to serve 104 youth (8 weeks to school age) in our future location, the unoccupied Lansing Middle School.

There’s something about those little brown paper bags filled with candy, fruits, and holiday goodies that made the season feel extra special.

Dan’s Dad has a surgery scheduled for Thursday.

Thank you everyone for your prayers and well wishes for our Dad.

He is in critical condition but he is stable. He will be in the Neurology ICU in Iowa City for the foreseeable future and will have a long recovery but we are incredibly grateful he has the opportunity to recover.

Thank you to our customers for your understanding during this time. The shop hours will flex these next coming weeks so we can be with our dad in Iowa City.

Dan’s Dad was in a serious semi accident on Monday afternoon and he was airlifted to Iowa City. We are asking for continuous prayers for Big Dan and his medical staff.
