Just a heads up our phone system is getting a upgrade this afternoon starting at 1:30pm we may be temporarily unavailable by phone as they swap out some equipment and reconfigure our lines. Going forward our new system will answer and give you some options for scheduling, directions, leaving a message as well as being connected with a service advisor. It will also seamlessly handle after hour messages. It should also help us w**d out the hundreds of spam calls we get each week that keep us from getting to our valued customers in a timely manner.

We are excited to announce we have transitioned to a new online scheduling system which can be accessed on our website or directly from our Google listing. It may take a bit to get it optimized but this new system will allow for real time scheduling, and instant booking of your appointment. No more waiting for us to verify we have that spot open on our schedule and having to confirm each appointment. Over the next couple weeks we will also be onboarding with this new programs reminder software which integrates with the scheduling system. Our customers will be able to view their vehicle service history from a personalized dashboard, see recommended work, and have a visual indicator on when their vehicles are next due for service along with being able to schedule right from the dashboard. There are also several advanced features that integrate with our phone system which will allow us to better serve our customers and provide automatic links to schedule service during non business hours. We are anticipating this new system will be much easier to use and provide better communication for both our customers and our service advisors
