This is type of trailer that is on our roads. People will run them till the wheels fall-off or worse cause an accident. The frame is split on both driver and passenger side.

Customer declined repairs and went along with his day. Had to get to a job. He admitted to loading it 3 ft across with concrete consistently. Doors also had broken hinges so doors were tied so they donā€™t fall off.

One of the repairs that came in. Weā€™re currently working on. Trailer Tilt deck is Bent to the front before the breaks in frame. Deck is also bent behind break in frame. We recommended a new upper deck. Customer declined. ā€œCustomer just patch it and make it work. They tried to fix it, in the process they ruined the hinge assemblies.

2012 rzr 900 4 seater.

They apear to meet up with what looks like a single cab white pickup ( possibly Toyota) the truck pulled out of the driveway 2 places right up next to it. I went and checked the property where it pulled out of the chain to the electric fence has been cut.

Itā€™s sucks to say there are plenty of haters out there. My wife tagged me in a post as were were looking to put some other trailers in our lot for sale. People assume youā€™re trying to highjack their posts or take their customers. If I donā€™t have a trailer I usually send them to local dealers as we pretty much know what they have since we work together with them. I send customers to the dealer that most likely has what they need, if we cannot accommodate them.

Anyone who knows us knows weā€™re not like that. We support small business and anyone doing a side hustle to better their situation. Thereā€™s a reason when we are busy, I send out work even to my competitors if I canā€™t get a customer taken care of in a timely manner. We recommend someone else, who can take care of them quicker.

We want to thank our customers for always supporting us.

Frame repair. 40+ pics of a dump trailer frame failure repair. You can see why the frame failed. Poor design, incomplete welds. Manufacturers supplied pieces that didnā€™t fit. We had to massage the pieces. Once completed turned out really well.

Customer went somewhere else to try and weld it up. He denied it says itā€™s been like that since new. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø paint / powder coat doesnā€™t burn itself or magically weld itself.
