Trailer tires get forgotten until they strand you.
Two things to check before the next trip:

Date code on the sidewall (last four numbers = week and year). Most are done at 5–6 years even if the tread looks okay.
Pressure — cold. Under-inflated trailer tires heat up fast under load and are the ones that usually blow.

Takes less than five minutes. We can read the codes for you if the numbers are worn.
