Sagging headliner? 🚗⬇️
One of the most common questions we hear is:
“Can’t it just be glued back up?”
Unfortunately, once a headliner starts to sag, it needs to be replaced — not repaired.
Over time, the foam backing behind the material deteriorates. Applying more glue often causes it to bleed through the fabric, leaving stains, wrinkles, hard spots, and an uneven appearance.
The proper repair includes:
- Removing the old material
- Cleaning the backing board correctly
- Installing brand-new headliner material
*Headliner replacement starts at $325 for removal and installation.
