I have a full day booked for Dyno tuning at the end of July(in Kirkland).

IF you are 1.8t with Maestro or Ignitron(or other standalones) I have a couple spots open, fwd or awd. It is $415 for 2.5 hours(30 min setup is in that). It is a dynojet unit. MY rate is $60/hr for tuning.
I have a dyno prep sheet and if you would like, we can get some remote tuning prep in before hand.

2025 is another year, and this year it has been about shop improvements, fixing what the builder f**ked(there really is no other adjective to use here) and getting down into the work we want.

The first of many MK1 AWD conversion is about to start. Using lots of bespoked parts from https://www.gdfsteelworks.co.uk/gdf-autofab and some of our own in house work, we will bring to life the ultimate weapon of a mk1. 20vBT, gen1 Haldex and lightweight modern chassis improvements and materials.

So, I am selling my current turbo setp. Ready for a mk1, 20psi 380whp setup with just drop in rods(but muuuch more with the proper bolt ons/ins)

Treadstone stainless manifold, ceramic coated your color choice
BN PTE Billet 5858 w/turboguard cover, hotside cermaic coated your color choice
TIal 50mm BOV
Tial F38 WG w/stainless feed and dump tubes, ceramic coated color of your choice
3" DP and 2.5" exhaust system, all 304, vbanded and currently has old ceramic coating, black(can shorten for rabbit vs Jetta if needed)
My Full AWIC setup, with pump, res, heat exchanger and IC.
My mounts, these are made by me and have BFI stg2 bushings in them(3 mounts)
02J w/Peloquin L*D, axles and cable clutch setup
Full Clutch setup(2 clutch discs to choose from)
Cold side IC piping(turbo to awic)
Genesis2 1000cc injectors, these will be cleaned, dialed and matched.

$5600 shipped ready to drop in, if you have software. (We can discuss more if you want to go Ignitron(highly recommend going full flex!!), I can supply a solid base file for this setup, but offer full tuning for life on ignitron on this setup)

Will, for the right price, sell my current long block, for a ready to drop in setup. That is just head/block/trans and turbo setup - no intake manifold/fuel rail/TB.

I also have a sub 5k miles FrankenTurbo F23 kit...$2600.. shipped CONUS w/550cc injectors - I can ceramic coat this and make a DP at minimum or a FULL kit w/fmic and piping as a mk1 kit - price changes though, please ask!

I have a bunch of other parts to sell, but they are all still packed away or on the car, etc but not an immediate want to sell to fund the chassis resto for my car, etc.

We are no longer accepting work for 2024. We have enough already ..BUT... pleaaase do hit us up with questions and inquiries. 20th's/337's and Gli's(mk1 or mk4), TT's and R32's are always welcome for in depth builds, etc, so do please contact us if that is the case.

Got a 337 in for Ignitron ecu, 4 bar MAP, flex setup and ID1050xxds injectors. On E70 it netted a solid 258whp and just touching 300ft.lbs all on the factory K03s. Coupled with boost by gear and traction control strategy, it is an incredibly fun setup, even with a weak Forge SMIC!!

Customer will be back this winter to get a built engine and modernized APR stg3 kit, custom FMIC and more custom fab. Looking for a solid 330-350whp track daily in the Texas summer heat!!

Yes the mirrors will be replaced and the exhaust tip fixed.

So our laptop and desktops have decided to quit at life, suddenly.

We have been loving the detachment from the world, but we are slowly getting back. Once again, apologies for those in process of a tune or re-tune. Thank you for being great customers.

An update post will happen we are back up and running, as well an updated website.

2024 is looking to be an incredible year with some insane projects coming in. The 20th was only the beginning.

I need mk1's for measurements. Less interior is better. Working cars even better.
2 and 4 door rabbits, Jettas, and pickups.

Who is within 2 hours of Lampasas, Texas or has Signal app and can follow video instructions to a T??

I am gathering data VW didn't get any of when vehicles were leaving the factories. Most Porsche and Audi cars had raw chassis measurements taken ever 4-8 cars. This gathered data was used to keep things dialed in during assembly, look at tooling wear for the panels, and was given to dealers and for technical use on repair and so on.

To add, I was the head fabricator and ran the Fab department at Singer Vehicle Design for 4 years(I am still a blithering idiot). My 4 years saw massive growth in the company as well it's abilities and learning curve, especially myself. One thing I found out was the 964 had the least amount of chassis data of all the platforms from G body to current by Porsche. We had to collect that data over the years as we went until we started getting a steady median data center established.

This data helped us fix really bad donors, improve the resto process and improve the chassis modification process. We then shared it to the public.

One thing I have noticed int eh mk1/2 world is the gate keeping of data collected by a lot of resto places.

I am going to gather as much as I can on my own, and combine it with data collected by homies, co-workers, worldwide car mates, etc and use it to do better resto/mod work on my own and to share with people to help with any of their resto and mod work.

20th bits back from coatings. Finishing up L*D and steel forks in the trans and then drive line install begins. Lots of custom fab work and engine work done for this customer.

Excited to do some 87, 93 and E85 tuning, full live flex capabilities with the Ignitron ECU is so nice. Car will be a total sleeper.
