Those blue JESEL shaft rockers are from the late 1970s. While they helped set the standard back then, rocker arm technology has come a long way.

Better materials. Better geometry. Better stiffness. Better control.

Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of companies try to copy the JESEL rocker arm concept. But looking the part and performing like the original are two very different things.

The valvetrain doesn’t forgive weak links, and today’s engines demand more than yesterday’s technology, or a mediocre copy of it.

For over 45 years, JESEL has continued to push rocker arm development forward, from the early aftermarket shaft systems to the modern designs racers depend on today.

JESEL Sportsman Tie-Bar Lifters come standard with bronze-bushed rollers that have been rigorously dyno tested and run through over one million cycles on our in-house Spintron.

We now also offer a needle bearing roller option at no additional cost. This option features precision-sorted proprietary needle bearings for smooth operation and reduced friction under high-load conditions.

Both roller options feature pressurized oil flow to provide proper lubrication and cooling to the bearing components.

Available for select OE and aftermarket applications, JESEL Sportsman Tie-Bar Lifters are offered in body diameters ranging from .842” to .937”, with either offset or on-center pushrod seats.
