MEET THE OWNERS! For those that don’t know us, we’re Leonardo and Kimberly Perez, the owners of Mechanic Project! We started Mechanic Project out of a small Ford Ranger back in 2015 and here we are 11 years later serving the great city of Lakewood and surrounding areas!

We started Mechanic Project for three reasons. First, we wanted to create a safe, reliable, and honest space for people in the community to receive car repairs. We are christians and it’s important to reflect that in our work.
Second, we wanted to build and leave a legacy for our children. Third, was to create a workspace where people could come to work and feel valued, appreciated and respected. While running a small business has it’s challenges, Leo and I are truly living our dreams! When you support Mechanic Project it’s much more than a transaction as you are supporting our dreams as well as our family!
