When a hit-and-run left this customer's SUV damaged in a parking lot, they chose Whitakers based on our online reviews, and then the real work began.

The insurance company pushed hard to cut corners with non-OEM parts, but Jose stayed on them every step of the way and won: all OEM parts, right down to the correct badging on the liftgate.

Texas hail tip: a few minutes of warning can save your hood. If a storm's coming and you've got no garage, a thick blanket or moving pad over the hood and roof can soften smaller hail. Not foolproof, but better than nothing.
