Yes, I deleted the FE head post. Here's why:

I treat Janderson Heads page as a "digital business card" if you will. Its a great way for past, current and future clients (as well as friends and family) to see what I have been up to lately, crazy projects I have been working on, etc. I have worked hard to develop a reputation of producing quality work that both wins at the track and performs on the street. I will never send something out the door that I don't feel 100% confident in. Period. Its not only a passion but its how I feed my family. So I take that seriously.

If somebody wants to post questions about anything they see on my posts, PLEASE DO! Im happy to answer questions. If you like what you see, sure, express that! That's great. I love hearing that! However, if you are here to criticize and/or question my business practices having not used my services (or even done a little research about Janderson Heads), I ask that you leave that off my page. If you absolutely feel the need to do that, I would encourage you to private message me. Not 100% sure I'll respond though 😂.

In my spare time (ha! I couldn't even say that with a straight face 😂), I've had a chance to evaluate and play with the Speedmaster Ford FE heads. With some time on the flowbench and going with a 45 degree intake (as opposed to the 30 degree stock valve) I've been able to get some impressive little gains out of these heads. Getting 300+ cfm out of the intake came fairly easily (when you know where to work the port).

Quality seems to be there also. I've heard they are the same Steven Sun castings that Promaxx uses, and I'd have to say I agree with that since many of those have found their way to my bench. These won't out-perform the Trick Flow heads, but I'd say that these would make a great alternative in a street hotrod, tire-fryer.

I'm working on putting together a package to make these available through me fully street-ported, upgraded valve seat profiles, guides opened up to the proper stem clearance, stainless valves and a hydraulic roller spring package. Ready to bolt on. For a significant savings over Trick Flows.

This is what a happy valvetrain looks like.

The first pic is what the seats look like after 15,000 miles on this drag-and-drive small block Mopar that routinely sees 7000+ rpm with a solid roller camshaft. All I had to do was put a pilot in the guide and twist a stone by hand on the seat angle (second pic). When he brought them in after not seeing them for 3 years I fully expected that they would need a full valve job. Not needed.
I think we came up with a good combo here.
