LaMettry's Collision is a local family owned and operated repair facility with 10 convenient metro locations. We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative for our Lakeville location. This is a full time position with benefits including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and PTO.

LaMettry's is known for our exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, communicate clearly, have a desire to be a team player, and are eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers in person and over the phone
- Scheduling repair appointments & rental cars
- Office upkeep & supply ordering
- Collecting signatures and payments at the beginning & end of repair
- Various compilation reports
- Organization of customer and vehicle information via CCC1 computer system
- Scanning invoices & insurance paperwork
- Sort/process incoming mail
- Communicate information between customers, insurance companies, call center and estimating management staff
- Support the daily functions & flow of an industry specific office
- General office duties

Computer knowledge is necessary. No prior Auto Repair Industry experience needed.

Hours:
Hours will be discussed at interview. We are open M-F from 7 am - 6 pm.
