Meet the Face Behind the Community: Melvin! 👋🔧

Melvin has called the Lakeland area home for the past two years. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, he brings a wealth of life experience and dedication to his work as a Maintenance Technician. Melvin and his wife, Teresa, have been happily married for 39 years and have three children and 10 grandchildren. Family is very important to Melvin, and he especially enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren and creating lasting memories together. 💙

In his free time, Melvin is an avid fisherman who enjoys both freshwater and saltwater fishing, from largemouth bass to snook and more! 🎣

We’re grateful to have Melvin as part of the team. Be sure to say hello when you see him around!
