Iso: a cheap relaiable vehicle for my son. Less than 1000...
Not very impressed nor satisified with this establishment! Had my car worked on here, as well as bought 2 "new" tires from them. Then went to leave this morning, not even 24 hours after installing new tires, and one of the tires was flat. I sent a text to Melvin, received no reply; called Melvin, no one answered; so I called the main number listed for them, phone answered but he hung up as soon as I told him my issue. Not good customer service especially when I have to write a check to an individual, not the company, for it to cashed before repair is complete. What are you going to do to resolve this issue?
