My crew surprised me with all of this for Boss’s Day and it honestly means more to me than they probably realize. These are my first employees. When I started Superior Auto & Offroad, I had a dream and a lot of determination, but I was still learning what it meant to build a business and lead a team. I’m still learning every day and I’m thankful to have people beside me who care about what we’re building. Looking at everything they picked out, you can tell they paid attention. My favorite drinks, snacks, a little humor… they put real thought into making me feel appreciated. That’s something I’ll remember long after all these snacks are gone.
To my crew, thank you for this, for your hard work and for showing up through the busy days and the challenging ones. I know I don’t always slow down enough to say it, but I appreciate each of you and what you bring to this shop. You’ll always be the first people who helped me turn this dream into a team. That means a lot to me. 💚
