UPDATE: POSITION FILLED!

🌊🌲🏡What if your next job came with a lake, a forest, and a home to live in?

Salt Creek Resort & RV sits on Shasta Lake, surrounded by forest, with cabins and RV sites tucked into the trees. We're looking for a couple to live on site and take care of it for our 2027 season, April through September. 📅

You'll welcome guests, keep the grounds and pool looking their best, handle repairs as they come up, and help make sure every stay feels easy and good. Evenings by the fire pit. Mornings on the mower. A whole season spent outdoors on one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern California.

This isn't a desk job. No reservations, no phones, no marketing. Just real work, real problem-solving, and a resort that becomes yours to care for.

We provide a furnished home on site with utilities included, plus $16,000 for the season. Stay through the off-season too, if you'd like, in exchange for basic upkeep while the resort is quiet.

If you and your partner are dependable, handy, and ready for a season like this, we'd like to meet you 🤝.

👉 Apply online at saltcreekresort.com/jobs We're filling this role now for the 2027 season.
