Bill's Boats Bait & Marina For seven generations, Bill's Boats has connected people with Lake Zurich through boating, fishing, recreation, and time on the water.

Family-operated and woman-owned, we provide access to one of Illinois' unique private lakes. We offer rowboat rentals for fishing or leisure rides. We are open seven days a week from sunrise to sunset from April through October, weather permitting, each season. We sell premium live bait on site - worms, leeches, and minnows. Availability of bait does vary, please contact for our most up-to-date av

Family-run marina and one of the oldest continuously operating marinas in Illinois, operated by the same family for generations.

Lake Zurich residency not required.

Limited availability. Spaces for sailboats, fishing boats, jet boats, fish/ski boats, ski boats, bow riders, and more. No wakeboard, cuddy cabin, or houseboats.
