We are offering preorders to pickup at Country Market in Cary during their Saturday store hours Noon to 6pm. Preorders close Thursday at 8pm.

Restocked plain, everything and garlic bagels at Country Market in Cary! Plenty available during their store hours- Thursday, Friday and Saturday 12-6 and Sunday 12-4. 3106 Three Oaks Rd! Lots of other amazing local products to pickup there as well!

We are off for two weekends and will start our Grayslake Fall Market on Saturday, 10/17 10am to 2pm, downtown Grayslake.

We will be offering Saturday pickups at Country Market in Cary the days of our market.

It’s true!! We are thrilled to have our bagels at Sandy Oaks!!!!

We are very excited to announce that we now carry The Sassy Bagel frozen bagels! We will have plain and everything bagels in stock in our freezer. We also have a bunch of apple varieties, squash (Delicata is back in stock!), pumpkins, and much more. Fall is in the air. Stop by today 4-7, Thursday 10-2, or Saturday 10-2.

Summer market season 2026 is in full swing! This weekend we are Farmers Market+ At The Dole ! We also are making bagels for Bikes and Bagels Cycle Werks In Barrington for their July event. We are increasing our production this weekend!

Bagels for Sunday- plain, everything, Asiago Parmesan, garlic, Rosemary sea salt and blueberry. Bringing plenty of pretzel bagel dogs!

Cream cheese choices are plain, chive, giardiniera, smoked salmon and blueberry.

We will also have Margherita Bizzas! Making a beautiful sauce from San Marzano tomatoes with lots of fresh basil from our garden. We got a lot of great feedback about the Bizzas and we’re happy to bring them back as a regular part of our menu!

It was great to have a weekend off and we’re ready to bake for you! One of my closest friends Heather Franks is helping us out Friday night with prep! Huge shoutout to her!!!

Can’t wait to bring you our Sassy fresh baked sourdough bagels on Sunday! As always, our Cary friends can preorder and pick up in Cary Country Market, Cary, Illinois from 12-4 this Sunday and there is always the option to pickup at the Dole during market hours. Link to order in our bio.

This is what we’re up to on the 4th of July- hopefully the weather will cooperate a bit or my brother and I may just blow away!

Can’t wait to work on my brother’s truck- we always have a great time!

It’s almost July!

This summer is going fast!

We are off this coming weekend on 4th of July weekend.

We’ll be taking one more break during the market season the weekend of 8/8-8/9. Our son starts high school a few days later.
