mower no start diagnosis was a bad in-line fuse that the previous mechanic missed and installed starter solenoid and ignition switch
Then gave up. Dad Life came through for the customer the correct way.

The last mechanic that came here a few months ago replaced the start switch solenoid, and the battery
I came with my tester and found that there was an in-line fuse that was not visible to the naked eye, but I found it and that was the issue
This is why you don’t just throw parts at something

Mower no start ended up being in-line fuse.
Never seen a fuse blow this bad.
This is what happens when you jumpstart your machine with a screwdriver too many times
