To ensure all maintenance requests are handled efficiently and nothing is missed, we kindly ask that all service requests be submitted through the Resident Portal.

🔧 How to submit a request:
• Log into your Resident Portal
• Select “Maintenance Request”
• Include details and photos if applicable

📞 Residents are always welcome to call the office phone, even after hours.
However, to ensure proper tracking and timely service, submitting a request through the portal is still required.

🚫 Please note: Team members are not able to accept maintenance requests through personal cell phones or at their private residences.

This process helps our team stay organized, respond faster, and better serve the entire community.

If you need assistance accessing your Resident Portal, our office team is happy to help!

✨ Giving Back with Sunshine ✨

We’re so grateful for the opportunity to support such a meaningful cause 💕

These donations are headed to a pregnancy center in Lake Placid, where they’ll help provide comfort, care, and essentials to moms and babies in need. From cozy blankets to cuddly stuffed animals, every item was given with love.

It truly takes a community, and we’re proud to be part of one that shows up and gives back ☀️
