To better respect everyone’s time and allow us to schedule efficiently, we are implementing a new booking policy effective immediately.
All new customer appointments will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve a time slot. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice if you attend your appointment as scheduled. No-shows or missed appointments without notice will forfeit the deposit.
Unfortunately, repeated no-shows have made this necessary, as time is specifically set aside for each customer. We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we look forward to working with you
