Race World Offshore XInsurance Clearwater Nationals 2026 Saris Racing Engines recap.

Moderation Offshore Racing Team 609 came home with two checkered flags. One from Clearwater and another from the Michigan City makeup race. The Class 6 competition was fierce but Mike was able to drive 609 to the front two days in a row! Epic racing that should put Mike and Johnny on the right path to win their first American Power Boat Association National Championship. They also went undefeated in the RWO regular season.

Tuff Noogies was battling at the top of the pack in a class of 10 boats when a fuel delivery issue shut the power down. Look for Gavin and Matt to be back in full form at the Key West World Championships.

EJ and Johnny had a solid start in RUFstr Racing but a steering issue (....you guessed it) took them out of the top 4 boats in turn 1. They decided to just run all of their laps and keep the equipment together and see where they ended up. Well, truth being stranger than fiction, they wound up with the flag! A few breakouts and a few breakdowns shuffled them to the top. Not the heroic win they were hoping for on the comeback tour, but still a great feeling.

The next stop for us is Key West. Good luck to everyone racing in Englewood. Have a drink at the Lock N Key for us!

Thank you to RWO for an extremely well run season. We managed to hit every single RWO event and every single one, regardless of where we finished, sent us home smiling.
