Adventures in Dad's Street Rod After my father's passing, it became clear my happiest childhood memories of him were cruising in the Street Rod. Let the fun begin!

I've decided to carry on our adventures in the family Street Rod. The Street Rod has been in our family since 1961. We are chronicling the past and future adventures with the Street Rod to hopefully encourage more families to spend a Sunday afternoon restoring a vintage car or truck they can enjoy for years to come.

North Branch Area High School held its first Car Show sponsored by the Auto Tech class. I think NAPA and Anderson Koch Ford were helping out as well. We had a great time catching up with car people from NB and talking up the MSRA. At least 40 cars showed up on a Monday afternoon. Hopefully this becomes an annual event!

NBAHS Auto Shop is planning its first annual car show on May 5 for all students to attend! We are looking for anyone interested in sharing their cars at this event. Please see the flyer for more information and a link to the sign up form.

Not everyday you get to see beautiful vintage cars and incredible vintage military planes! The Rush City Fly In show was yesterday and we stumbled across it when we spotted six vintage cars headed north. We literally followed them to the show. Also included a few tractors and a few swappers. Great show. Lots of people. Next year we will plan ahead and stay all day, hopefully bringing my Deuce. So cool!
