Hiring Mobile Powersport Tech, DFW. $40 to $60 per flag hour + fuel. ATVs, UTVs, Jet Skis, and Motorcycles.
Built for the school-trained tech who's ready to work on their own. Fresh grads welcome. If you can handle fork seals, carburetors, and electrical diagnostics without anyone looking over your shoulder, a short call and a paid hands-on skills test can put you to work within one week.
Pay is straightforward:
• $100 per diagnostic
• $40 to $60 per flag hour based on experience
• $1,000 to $1,500 a week, $500 a week guaranteed minimum, even in the slow months
• Fuel covered, about $200 a week
Three diagnostics in a day is $300. An eight-hour job pays $400 to $500.
Most shops make a new tech wait two weeks for a first check. We don't. Your first two jobs are paid out right away, and you're paid weekly for your first 30 days, so you never start out broke. After 30 days, pay moves to every two weeks.
Mobile work, on your own. Nobody's standing over your shoulder, you're never waiting on a bay, and your time goes to the bike in front of you.
No sales. No upselling. A service advisor books the job, quotes the price, lines up the parts, and keeps the customer updated. You bring the tools. We buy the parts.
