Some people go to work. Armando gets to hang out with cars all day, and after 10 years he still can't believe we call it a job. 🔧

Meet Armando O., Certified Technician and a Sunset veteran of over 10 years. We asked him what he loves about working here and he talked about innovation, new diagnostic platforms, team communication... and then finished with the real answer: "Above all, I love cars!"

There it is. That's the guy you want under your hood.

10+ years in, Armando has seen engines evolve, diagnostics go digital, and the shop upgrade platform after platform. Some techs tolerate the new tech. Armando reads about it for fun. Your car benefits either way.

He's part of the 16 person crew that makes this shop what it is, and we're introducing them all, one spotlight at a time. Meet the rest on our page, Poyito's post alone is worth the trip 🐾

Now tell us: what car made YOU fall in love with cars? Armando will be reading the comments 👇

Employee Spotlight: Poyito, Chief Barking Officer 🐾

Tenure: longer than most managers. Performance reviews: flawless. Poyito handles visitor announcements, snack department oversight, and morale for the entire shop. He has never once balanced a tire, yet somehow he's the most requested team member in the building.

Come by for tires or service and you might get a personal greeting from the CBO himself.

What should Poyito's next promotion be? Wrong answers welcome 👇

🌟 High-quality service is non-negotiable. Transparent communication is everything.

A massive thank you to our driver, Matthew C., for this stellar review after visiting us with his 2016 Nissan Altima! As Matthew points out, we don’t just repair cars; we believe in thoroughly explaining our recommendations so you feel confident and in control of your vehicle’s health.

When we say we're committed to excellence, we back it up. We are proud to be a CARFAX Advantage Dealer and a Top-Rated Service Center.

Sick of not knowing if you're being told the truth about your car? 🚗

Most shops tell you what you want to hear 🤔 then hand you a bill that doesn't match.

At Sunset, we flip that. You see exactly what we see. We explain it in plain English. You approve only what makes sense. No pressure. No surprises. Ever.

Woman-owned. ASE certified. Lifetime brake pad warranty. Digital inspections so you see it with your own eyes.

This is what honest auto repair actually looks like.

Job description: manage the schedules, the paperwork, the payroll, and 15 coworkers with "quick questions." For 17 years. Without losing it. 💅

Meet Flor R., our HR & Admin Officer, and the only person alive qualified for that role.

When we asked Flor why she's stayed at Sunset for 17 years, she gave us this, on the record: "The people and the daily chaos keep me coming back. Plus, at this point, I know too much to leave."

That's not a testimonial. That's a threat. And we respect it.

The bays get the noise, the lifts, the glory. Flor gets a desk, a to do list the length of a receipt from a full service visit, and the quiet satisfaction of knowing this whole place would grind to a halt in about 45 minutes without her.

Flor is part of the 16 person crew that makes this shop what it is, and we're introducing them all, one spotlight at a time. Meet the rest on our page, Poyito's post alone is worth the trip 🐾
