✔️We wanted to hop on and give you a few Policy updates we will be enforcing this year to help things go smoothly and beneficially to you and our business as well!!

✔️We will no longer allow Customers to bring in parts (this has been an ongoing issue) here is why!! If you order the wrong part, or part is damaged or defective it’s puts us at a stand still while we wait on replacement part and puts us completely off schedule!! Plus we was offering no warranty when customer supply own parts so this way you will get a a warranty with parts supplied by us!!

✔️Also Vehicles will not be released until payment is paid in full. we have parts bills to pay as well and this seems to put us in a pickle and the trust system is no longer available as we have been took advantage of for way too long.

✔️You have 7 days to pickup your vehicle when repair is made (unless other arrangements has been made) or we will charge storage due to the limited availability of parking and us paying for your parts out of our pocket!!

💪🏻, in order for us to continue to offer you the quality work at a affordable and reasonable price we have to put some policies in place. I hope you all understand that we take pride and respect in our work and customers and hope to gain your business in the future!!

Remember we offer free Diagnostic if we complete the repair!!! 😉😉
