Important Notice to Our Valued Customers
Top Notch Interiors will never send another company to perform work on our behalf. We have a full team of qualified technicians and are fully capable of covering all of our dealership accounts, even when an employee is out sick or unavailable.
Recently, a competitor entered one of our dealership accounts and falsely claimed that Top Notch Interiors had sent him to cover for a technician who was supposedly out sick. He then completed little to no verifiable work and submitted a large invoice under his own company name.
After investigating the situation, we found no evidence that the work billed had actually been performed. This was a deliberate act of deception that not only affected our customer but also misrepresented our company.
We value the trust our customers place in us and wanted to make everyone aware of this situation. If anyone ever claims to be representing Top Notch Interiors and you are unsure, please contact us directly before authorizing any work.
Thank you for your continued trust and support. We appreciate your business and remain committed to providing honest, professional service.
